where do I begin?

This past weekend was AMAZING. Looking back, I am shocked & amazed at all of the fun stuff that was packed in 50 hours. Along the way, there were a cast of characters that were introduced. We laughed with a Mos Def look-alike, cheered with the You're awesome team at Metro Station, met Kisha's friend from back in the day (Erika aka Tanya) at happy hour & her bff Tomika, ran into Preethi & Fabrizio while dancing to Dolly Pardon at Faatback, met a "Good Humor Distributor"that I wrangled into dropping the price of an ice cream and he threw in few drinks (on a HOT spring day) in exchange for a friendly picture and a promise to email, we listened to an inspirational story of a Nicarguan drag queen who has become an American citizen after many in her family disowned her due to her sexuality, we shared brunch with Kisha's aunt, saw an awesome girl who I wish I could have given her proper pound-pound for rocking the house in her birth control shoes (she inspired me for the following dance day). Met 2 women at Eatonville that gave us a ride to Lux Lounge; self-proclaimed, with a smile, food critics for neighborhood restaurants; native to the east coast with loads of smiles to share for everyone. We had an itinerary that looked like a bucket list. And though we managed only to hit a sampling of the items, in all we made a fabulous balance of getting to the stuff that mattered & enjoying one another's company. I'd love to sit down and write about each of the experiences in detail, but unfortunately, it's already Thursday and I must move forward to the next set of fun adventures. So instead, I'll let some photos do the talking for me. Working backwards:
