Sometimes I push too hard,
But it's only because I care.
Sometimes my words come out wrong,
But it's because I'd rather say something than to leave you in the dark.
Sometimes I lead with my heart rather than my mind,
But then my words and actions, don't seem to come out right.
Sometimes my wishing gets ahead of my reality,
But it's only because I dare to dream.
Sometimes I wish I could be there to touch you,
But I have to respect that you've got your own things to sort through.
Sometimes, sometimes, sometimes.
But with those sometimes, what's always true, is all I want is the very best for you.
